Every one of our training team has several years’ operational experience at UK NARIC, working with individual qualification enquiries and member enquiries, or in qualifications research and data evaluation. This detailed hands-on knowledge ensures that our training is accessible, relevant and useful.

Originally recruited as an Information Officer at UK NARIC with fluency in Arabic and French, Meriem has gained extensive experience
dealing with qualifications from the Middle-East and Africa. In her current role as a Senior Research and Data
Officer, Meriem has had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of these education systems, examining the latest developments and changes, whilst
building strong relationships with government bodies, national agencies and related stakeholders. Meriem regularly contributes to the development
of informational material and the delivery of regular face-to-face training sessions, relating to country specific education systems.
Daniela is an Information Officer with UK NARIC and her area of expertise is evaluation of Eastern European qualifications.
She also takes a special interest in the education systems of German speaking countries.
Daniela graduated with a first class Bachelor degree in International Relations and German from
the University of Exeter and was also involved in delivering workshops and presentations for
the Student Recruitment Office of the university. She is a fluent speaker of Romanian, English
and German and has basic working knowledge of Italian and Russian.
Jodie Duffy is a Research and Data Officer, responsible for conducting research into international qualifications and education systems and credential evaluation. Her regional
expertise includes the education systems of East and Southeast Asia and North America. Jodie has a BA (Hons) in Chinese Studies from the University of
Sheffield and also studied in China and Taiwan. She is a qualified teacher with a PGCE and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Professional Studies in
Education and gained several years’ teaching experience in UK secondary schools before joining UK NARIC.
Monika Krzebietke is the Training Co-ordinator at UK NARIC, and responsible for managing the development and delivery of UK NARIC
training provision. Having obtained a MA in International Relations and European Studies from the University of
Gdansk, Poland, Monika chose to enter into the specialist field of credential evaluation. Through her years of
experience as an Information Officer and then Data and Research Officer in UK NARIC, Monika has become a
leading trainer, frequently delivering vital training sessions to colleagues within educational establishments,
evaluation agencies and professional fields.
Yin Shan Lo
Yin Shan Lo, an Information Officer at UK NARIC, specialises in evaluating qualifications from Asian and English speaking countries. Before joining UK NARIC,
she worked for the International Office at the Hong Kong Institute of Education and is a qualified teacher with teaching
experience in Hong Kong. Yin Shan has a BA in Business Management from the University of Central Lancashire and a Postgraduate Diploma
in Education from the Hong Kong Institute of Education, she delivers specialist workshops on Asian countries, in particular Education in China.
Yin Shan is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
