Dr Bai-Yun was speaking at the invitation of the Council of Europe at the round table event, Structural Reforms in the European Higher Education Area, jointly organised by the Council of Europe and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

A number of presentations of invited speakers were also delivered  contributing to the critical structural reform agenda in Russia.

The round table event continues in Moscow today, 11 March.

UK NARIC continues to make important contributions to the global recognition of qualifications. The Moscow speech follows a Memorandum of Co-operation with the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications, and specialist input into the UK-Mexico Treaty on recognition, signed last week in London during the President of Mexico’s State visit to the UK.
