Applications for Statement of Comparability

While we will attempt to complete as many applications as possible before the Christmas break we may not be able to ensure that all applications will be completed.  If you require your assessment before the 24th of December then please use the Fast Track Service, which will be uninterrupted until the 22nd of December.

Applications for English Language Assessment

While we will attempt to complete as many applications as possible before the Christmas break we may not be able to ensure that all applications will be completed, please note that there is no Fast Track service available for English Language Assessments.

Our phone lines will be open as usual until 5pm on the 22nd of December and will reopen again at 9am on the 5th of January 2015.

Online Databases

Access to our online databases will continue uninterrupted.

Member Enquiry Service

The deadline to ensure a response before Christmas for 5-day enquiries is 16th December.
The deadline to ensure a response before Christmas for 48 hour enquiries is 19th December.

Assessments Bundles

The deadline to ensure a response before Christmas for assessments submitted as part of a Corporate Assessment Bundle is 16th December.

Counter Fraud Checks

The deadline to ensure a response before Christmas for a Counter Fraud Check is 16th December.
