UK NCP will be closed from Thursday 24^th December 2015 until Monday 4^th January 2016. If you require the following information, please adhere to the deadlines below:

• Individual Enquiries: The deadline to ensure a response before 24^th December is 16th December.
• Competent Authority Enquiries: The deadline to ensure a response before 24th December is 16^th December.
• Certificate of Experience Service: If you require your Certificate of Experience to be completed before 24^th December, the deadline to submit all documents and payment is by Tuesday 1^st December. No guarantee can be given that applications received after this time will be completed before the New Year.
