Receiving a Europass Document

What is Europass?

Europass is a set of documents available in order to help individuals promote themselves as effectively as possible. In January 2005 the European Commission launched the Europass initiative to help employers and education establishments understand the skills and competences of individuals within the European Union.

Why use Europass?

Europass has been designed to make life easier for those involved in recruitment. The five documents can help to identify the most suitable applicants, because they promote and demonstrate the individual's skills and competences in a presentable format.
